Grant of License: The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a revocable leave and license to use and occupy the Licensed Premises for the License Period, without creating any tenancy rights or interest in the property [citation:2][citation:5].
Security Deposit: The Licensee has paid an interest-free refundable security deposit of ₹______, which shall be refunded upon expiration or termination, subject to adjustment of dues [citation:5].
No Tenancy Created: It is expressly agreed that this Agreement does not create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, and the Licensee shall not claim any right, title, or interest in the Licensed Premises [citation:5][citation:10].
