This document outlines the scope of services included with the Driving Dreams Corporate Intelligence Membership™, defines what constitutes a "written query," and provides transparent fee schedules for additional professional services. Our goal is complete clarity — no surprises, no hidden costs.

All services are delivered by qualified professionals under the supervision of Sumeet Sharma (CEO) and our international legal-commercial team.

1. Definition of a "Written Query"

Applicable to all membership plans (Emerging, Growth, Advanced, Strategic)

Definition:

A written query is a single, specific, well-framed question submitted via email to riskdesk@drivingdreams.in, requiring research, analysis, and a written response that does not exceed 3 (three) hours of professional time to complete.

✅ What Counts as One Written Query (Within Scope)

✓ "Is this clause in my distributor agreement standard for Mexico?"

✓ "What documentation should I maintain for this export transaction?"

✓ "How should I respond to this customer complaint email?"

✓ "What are the red flags in this contract I received?"

✓ "Can you review this one-page non-disclosure agreement?"

✓ "What steps should I take to document this employee issue?"

❌ What Does NOT Count as One Written Query (Requires Separate Engagement)

✗ Drafting a full contract from scratch

✗ Litigation strategy or court representation

✗ Negotiating on your behalf with a third party

✗ A question requiring more than 3 hours of work

✗ Multi-part questions covering different subject areas

✗ Legal opinions required for regulatory filings

Important Note: If a query exceeds 3 hours of work, we will notify you before proceeding and provide an estimate for additional fees. You may choose to scope down the question or approve the additional time at the applicable hourly rate.

2. Fixed-Fee Document Templates & Drafting

These are ready-to-use templates or custom drafts provided within 3-5 business days. Prices include one round of reasonable revisions.

3. Hourly Consultation Rates

For specialized advisory, complex questions exceeding query limits, or matters requiring dedicated attention. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first 30 minutes.

Junior Professional

₹5,000

per hour + GST

Legal research, document review, basic drafting, template customization

Associate

₹10,000

per hour + GST

Contract drafting, negotiation support, risk assessment, strategic guidance

Senior Partner

₹15,000

per hour + GST

Complex cross-border matters, arbitration strategy, executive counsel

4. Court, Arbitration & Tribunal Representation

These services are excluded from all membership plans and fixed-fee schedules. They require separate engagement agreements.

What this includes:

Representation before courts, tribunals, arbitral panels, and regulatory authorities
Drafting of pleadings, written statements, rejoinders, and evidence affidavits
Appearances for arguments, hearings, and case management conferences
Strategic litigation planning and multi-jurisdictional coordination

Fees: Determined on a case-by-case basis depending on jurisdiction, complexity, seniority of counsel, and estimated time commitment. A detailed fee proposal will be provided before engagement.

Note: For matters where our professionals appear as advocates, additional fees may apply for conferences, preparation time, and travel. All such engagements are governed by separate letters of engagement.

5. Services Not Included in Any Membership

• Tax filing or accounting services

• Company incorporation or registration

• Trademark or patent filing (we can refer you)

• Forensic investigation or audit

• Debt recovery as a recovery agent

• Translation of documents beyond 500 words

• ISO or compliance certification preparation

• Training programs beyond monthly briefings

For any of the above, we can recommend trusted partners or provide a custom quote upon request.
