This SCO is non-binding and represents the Seller's willingness and capability to supply the commodity/commodities specified below, subject to final due diligence, contract execution, and mutually agreed terms. Seller issues SCO with procedure and price.
Buyer issues ICPO addressed to Seller along with CIS and logistics arrangement confirmation with VOPAK.
Seller issues CI with Vopak terminal manager contact details.
Buyer's Vopak Terminal Manager verifies product existence with Seller's Vopak Terminal Manager.
IMFPA signed between Seller, Buyer, and all intermediaries.
Buyer submits Vopak Terminal Agreement / Reference and Vopak Barcode.
Payment via MT103, Seller pays intermediaries as per IMFPA.

Seller issues SCO with CIF price and delivery terms.
Buyer issues ICPO with shipping instructions.
Contract signed, IMFPA executed.
Buyer opens LC or arranges MT103 as agreed.

Documents presented to Buyer's bank; payment released.

Commission Offered to Facilitator / Intermediary Group
The Seller hereby offers the following commission to Driving Dreams International and the intermediary group introduced through this transaction. This commission is in consideration of the facilitation, introduction, and coordination services provided. All commission payments shall be governed by a separate IMFPA (Intermediary Fee Protection Agreement) to be executed between the Seller, the Buyer, and all intermediaries, endorsed by both the actual Seller and the actual Buyer.
