Membership to this group is only by invitation, at the time of joining you have to purchase at least one VOGC, the cost of which is not refundable under any circumstance.

The Membership Privileges are: Validate your VOGC's and grow your friendships, open up newer opportunities of learning and enriching oneself with exploring and growing one's hobbies and business interests. The Acquired VOGC gets validated once the owner member gifts it to another member of the DYD group.

An exclusive invite for the dyd.drivingdreams.in members from AutoHangar Worli for testdrive on the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, followed by light brunch.

IF Mercedes Benz decides to terminate production of the Mercedes C 200 model within the life span of this Fan Group, the winner will be entitled to any other car of his / her choice available in India whose prevalent market value at that time is not greater than the cost of Mercedes C 200 one year prior to its discontinuation date. This principal is applicable to all the other lucky prizes that are won in this Fun Group.

Membership is open to all invited individuals living any where in this world!  The delivery of the car to the winner will be at Mumbai - Maharahstra - India. All taxes, insurance and registration shall be the responsibility of the winner. In case the winner does not want to keep the Car, the winner can sell the Car back to the Dealer through us at a 10% discount and enjoy the cash earnings. In both events the Winner will be solely responsible to bear all his/her tax liabilities including Gift Tax or Winning Tax as applicable. Currently the Tax slab is a flat 34.5% (30 % on the income from winnings and plus 15% surcharge on the tax.)

This activity group DYD.DRIVINGDREAMS.IN  is created and organized by ppl.drivingdreams.in the members of which are the administrators of this Activity Group and therefore are only themselves not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

Winners will be notified by email and sms, the organizers shall have the complete right to advertise, publish the winner’s profile and all the audio visual content produced whilst handing over the CAR & other prizes to the winners, in all medias, promotional materials, Internet, emails, sms, etc.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ are not the suppliers of the MERCEDES C200 and other prizes offered..., and therefore they shall not bear any liability whatsoever of the prizes won including its manufacturing, after sales services, maintenance, resale, etc.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ reserve the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements from time to time at our absolute discretion.

The organizers http://ppl.drivingdreams.in/ decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
