|
Intro — One-sentence value
MEXINDCO is a promoter-backed (ALITPO + Driving Dreams) permanent exhibition and secure warehousing hub in Monterrey that gives global manufacturers a fast, low-risk route to Latin American and U.S. buyers through nearshoring, local teams and performance-guaranteed market outreach.
|
Why this model now (strategic context)
- Nearshoring wave: North American buyers are re-sourcing from near markets — Mexico is the clear "China+1" hub for supply into the USA.
- USMCA advantage: Goods moving via Mexico can use regional rules of origin, improving duty posture for US markets.
- LATAM growth: Several LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina) have strong import demand in the sectors we target.
- Lower local capex for manufacturers: Anchor manufacturers avoid full local incorporation and significant local warehousing costs.
- Risk-share: Your committed upfront payment enables fast activation, and our SLAs deliver measurable buyer introductions.
- Credibility: ALITPO + Driving Dreams bring regional teams (35 professionals), trade contacts and prior success with more than 24 client companies across multiple markets.

Projected ROI — CFO friendly model
Below is a conservative model to show expected payback ranges depending on product margins.
Assumptions
- Participation fee: USD 560,000 (one-time)
- Target new sales (3 years): conservative $2M – stretch $6M (per anchor)
- Gross margin ranges typically 10–30% depending on product
Break-even
- At 10% GM → need $5.6M new sales to generate $560k gross profit
- At 20% GM → need $2.8M new sales → realistic with OEM / distributor conversions
- At 30% GM → need $1.87M new sales → achievable for niche/specialty products
MEXINDCO accelerates order cycles (local stock + demos + sales support) so conversion probability increases versus remote shipping from the manufacturer’s home country.
