Procurement — Silver Raw Material (Global)

Dear partners and suppliers worldwide,

We have received serious interest from a reputable Indian refining group specialized in precious metals (capable of refining material from approx. 70% up to 99.99%). While we have identified Latin America (Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, Chile) as key sourcing regions, we welcome credible suppliers from across the globe — including Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceania — to present offers for silver raw materials.

Raw material requirements

• Silver doré / unrefined silver doré
• Unrefined silver lumps / lots
• Silver dross
• Any material with silver content between 50% and 90%+

Relevant HSN codes (examples): 71069110, 71069190, 71069210 and other headings within 7106 as applicable.

Objectives and required guarantees

1. Ensure that supplies match the agreed silver percentage (accredited assay/certified analysis).
2. Set out an operational procedure (modus operandi) to address any deviation in recovery % — including enforceable international agreements and legal mechanisms to recover additional costs in case of discrepancies.
3. Provide technical support on price determination methodology; pricing is usually quoted vs. LME minus a discount (%). We request transparency on the pricing formula and pricing timing.
4. Estimated initial volume: 1,000 — 1,500 kg per year. Successful operations will be scaled quickly.
5. Formalize NDAs and contractual clauses that protect exclusivity of supply and discourage replication by third parties.

We invite suppliers to provide:

• Company name and country of operation
• Type of material (doré / dross / unrefined lumps)
• Approximate silver content (%) and available assay reports
• Available volumes and supply frequency
• Preferred commercial terms (FOB / CIF / EXW), currency and price indication (if applicable)
• Relevant certifications, export permits, and proof of origin
• Main contact (name, position, city, email / phone)

Commercial terms and commissions

Generally, the seller pays commission to intermediaries. However, we are open to exploring arrangements where the buyer or other parties may assume commissions if that facilitates transaction completion. Please state commission terms clearly in your submission.

Required documentation

• Accredited laboratory assay (silver content) and certificate of conformity.
• Supplier legal documentation (mining licenses, export permits, proof of origin).
• Draft master agreement with penalty/compensation clauses for deviations in metal assay or expected recovery.
• Draft NDA to ensure confidentiality and exclusivity of supply.
