• Dedicated 10 sqm exhibition space at the Houston Display Center.

• Storage of one 20-foot container at the FTZ warehouse.

• A fully paid dedicated Sales Manager assigned to each participant, managed by us and reporting to both the manufacturer and our team.

• Complete administrative support at the display center, ensuring seamless operations.

• Full-time video conferencing and live visitor coverage to maintain active engagement.

• Exclusive Sales Representation Contract:

  • We earn 25% of net profits from all sales in the USA, North, Central & South America through our FTZ warehousing facility.

  • No cold leads—our team ensures continuous follow-ups.

Additional Responsibilities of the Manufacturer

• Statutory filings & invoicing for the USA LLC (we recommend reputed accounting firms).

• Designing and setting up exhibition stands (verified contractors available for recommendations).

• Costs related to logistics beyond initial storage, including customs clearance and distribution.

Renewal After 3 Years

After the initial 3-year period, participants can continue their presence at an annual renewal fee of USD 330,000, ensuring continued access to all benefits and market advantages.
