Eggs

Eggs are a complete protein food. Each egg contains 6 grams of protein per serving. They are simply great for our eyes . They are a very good source of choline, which helps regulating the nervous system, brain and cardiovascular system. They are also a source of dietary cholesterol and saturated fat . They also provide several vitamins and minerals like vitamin A which is important for healthy eyes, bones, and teeth,  vitamin D which is good  for healthy bones and teeth and choline plus selenium. Selenium is very important for thyroid function. Vit B12 is essential for neural health and eggs are an excellent source of the B12 vitamin. Eggs also have Folic acid , it is a water soluble vitamin and essential for the neural health of our kids. Its deficiency can lead to nerve damage and weaknesses. 

For a kid one Egg is sufficient.
